Rodney Tow is board certified in both consumer and business bankruptcy law. He currently serves as a Chapter 7 Trustee. His knowledge as a Trustee is of great assistance to the firm in representing both debtors and creditors in the bankruptcy courts.
Julie M. Koenig represents both debtors and creditors in Chapters 7, 11 & 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. She has assisted many different types of small to medium sized businesses to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. She represents both creditors and debtors in the main bankruptcy case and has extensive experience in litigating claims as Adversary Proceedings. An Adversary Proceeding is a separate lawsuit in the main bankruptcy case, usually involving objections to discharge or dischargeability of debts, temporary restraining orders, turnover of property and other matters.
Judy Deneau Torrance has represented primarily debtors in Chapters 7 & 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
